Yes. We can measure an existing sample, confirm the intended function and prepare a drawing for approval before production. A reference sample or clear photos with dimensions are helpful.

Our regular materials include brass, carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, copper alloys, POM, PA66, PBT, PEEK and PTFE. Material certificates and RoHS / REACH options are available on request.

Heat-set inserts are installed into thermoplastic bosses by heat-staking or ultrasonic insertion. Press-in inserts use interference or knurled bodies and are commonly installed into sheet metal, PCBs or pre-molded plastic panels.

Typical critical dimensions can be held to about plus or minus 0.02 mm, with tighter requirements reviewed case by case. Final capability depends on material, geometry, size, process and inspection method.

Yes. We support first samples, small batches and high-volume repeat production. Existing designs can normally be sampled in 5 to 7 days, while production lead time is usually 15 to 25 days depending on quantity and tooling.

We use first-article inspection, in-process checks, thread gauges, final inspection and automatic optical sorting for critical parts. Batch numbers, material information and inspection records can be supplied with the shipment.

We coordinate plating, passivation, anodizing, polishing and other approved finishes. Parts can be packed in bags, cartons, pallets or feeding trays with batch labels. FOB, CIF, DDP and express sample shipping are available.

MOQ depends on the part, tooling and material. Many standard insert programs start around 10,000 pieces, while trial quantities can be discussed for new programs or existing stock designs.
